We are pleased to announce that Louisville Business First has named Seth Gladstein as one of their top “20 People to Know” among legal professionals in the city. An interview with Gladstein appears in the April edition of the business magazine, which strives to highlight the top achievers and connectors in a different local industry each month.
Each featured individual was surveyed for the publication. In Gladstein’s interview, Seth discusses everything from work philosophies to personal hobbies. As part of the interview, Gladstein was asked to describe a gratifying experience with a client. He had this to share:
“I recently settled a prisoner’s rights suit involving repeated failures to provide an inmate in heroin withdrawal with adequate medical care. As a result, the inmate, a single mother of three, died. Because of the settlement we reached, the decedent’s children, currently ages 4, 7 and 18, will be financially secure to afford a college education once they turn age 18. I do not personally know these children, and I know I can never replace their mother. The settlement we reached, however, may improve those children’s lives immeasurably.”

About “20 People to Know”
Each month, Louisville Business First chooses the top 20 people in a specified business area or industry to profile. In the past, the publisher has featured professionals from a variety of different business sectors, including healthcare, technology, education, and human resources.
The publisher explains:
“The objective [of 20 People to Know] is to introduce our readers to people who are achievers within their organizations but who are not typically on the front lines for their businesses. On occasion, top-level executives who are new to their posts will appear. But the point is to learn about people you need to know in the business community. Consider People to Know a form of virtual networking.”
